With summer coming and the weather changing it’s pretty common to hear new music blast through people’s cars as they leave school a few minutes early, or hours. This weather was accompanied by a couple fun songs for the summer.

For people who like Miley Cyrus her new single “Malibu” is bringing back the old Miley, and DJ Khaled’s single “I’m the one” Is pretty popular as well. Alt-J released a new single, which will make any day better, called “Adeline.” More singles by Phoenix, Lana Del Rey, Calvin Harris, and Fleet Foxes have come out this season as well. Frank Ocean has also been coming out with some good singles like “Chanel” and “Biking.”

Two artists came out with albums recently which made the warm weather that much better. Mac Demarco with his new album This Old Dog stays true to his sound and it’s perfect from some  long awaited summer bonfires.  Another great album recently released is DAMN by Kendrick Lamar. This album is fantastic and if you haven’t heard it yet, you really should. This month has also been a time for the ex members of One Direction to grow up. Harry Styles came out with the album, Harry Styles, that’s honestly good. Give “From the Dining Table” a listen.
